The contractor must supply 6 units of filter, T type, P/N 4558824GW-16-13TG-10DM, with working pressure 6000 PSI, 4500 series 588 size Grayloc, micron rating nominal 10/absolute 25, collapse pressure 4500 PSID, material PTFE O-ring, housing material 316/316L stainless steel per AMS QQ-S-763, element material wire pleated woven wire mesh 316L stainless steel; and 1 repair kit, P/N KIT-45-588-M. Each filter requires a manufacturer's certificate of compliance, proof pressure test (1.5 x MAWP hydrostat or 1.1 x MAWP pneumastat), and a letter of certification, drawing, or cut sheet stating the component meets ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII Div1, ASME B31 series, ASME B16 series, or has a burst pressure safety factor of 4:1. Upon receipt at KSC, filters must be cleaned to ISO14952 latest rev level 300A. The repair kit has no additional stated requirements.
