This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information contained herein. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued; quotes are being requested via this Request for Quotes (RFQ), and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
NSWCCD has a requirement for the procurement, delivery, and turn-key installation of a replacement pump (Pump No. 1) on York Chiller No. 1 in Building 157, which provides critical chilled-water cooling to the Building 13 Server Rooms.
This procurement IS NOT set aside for small businesses (Full and Open Competition / Brand-Name Restricted). See attachments for requirement and OEM information.

The contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, transportation, labor, tools, supplies, and equipment required to accomplish the removal and replacement of York Chill Pump, Model: YLAA0080SJ46X Serial: SEMM-609950. This includes isolating and draining chill water pipes, removing the damaged Pump No. 1, installing a new pump ensuring all wiring is intact and wired properly, opening valves and restoring chill water, and ensuring proper operation and no leaks are present through visual inspection with a Government representative present.
