The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, services, equipment, supplies, power and accessories to perform component overhauls utilizing genuine OEM parts and to furnish genuine OEM, service-ready parts in support of the 154' FRC. Overhaul work covers A1, A2, B1 and B2 turbos, cylinder heads, starters, coolant pumps, sea water pumps, intercooler cores, control levers, oil coolers and LOP 8-06 units, each requiring open/inspect with an Inspection Report per Para. 3.1 and overhaul with a Final Test Report per Para. 3.2 of specification P-233-2039, including labor, mandatory parts, average cost of contingency parts, PPM and shipping. The contractor also prices a catalogue parts list for the 20V4000M93L series MDE as a percentage increase or decrease off list price, core exchange pricing with core deposit and damaged core refund, and on-site technical support and travel. All items are to be individually packaged, marked and shipped F.O.B. destination, with each unit preserved per OEM specifications, hermetically sealed in shrink wrap vapor barrier with desiccant for a minimum two-year protection period, and packaged in a Type I, Class 2, Style A, MIL-C-104C compliant crate labeled per SFLC specification SP-PP&M-001.
