The contractor shall replace the roof at 1815 Gardner Dr. Wilmington NC, including field investigation of site conditions, removal of all existing shingles and roof system down to decking, inspection of decking and replacement of deteriorated wood with per-linear-foot and per-sheet pricing including three sheets of 7/16-inch OSB or three 1x6x12 boards at no additional charge, installation of Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Coastal Granite architectural shingles with hip and ridge shingles, starter shingles, ice and water barrier, synthetic underlayment and standard drip edge, coordination of delivery, safety and protection of government property, pulling permits, submitting product data and closeout warranties, and performing full debris cleanup with magnetic sweep within 10 days of notice to proceed.
