Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Compound Perimeter Path Asphalt repair.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Question will be received before August 18 ,2026 at 4:00 Pm to BogotaGSOCompras@state.gov. Quotations are due by August 27, 2026 at 16:00 hours. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and logistics to rehabilitate the 2,600 m² jogging track. Work includes mobilization and site preparation, full-depth milling/demolition of the existing asphalt layer, subgrade inspection and stabilization (compaction to 95% Modified Proctor Density with B400 or better), priming, installation of new high-density asphalt concrete (MDC-3, variable thickness 5-7 cm), and track marking and lines using traffic paint. The contractor must also submit a Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan, and other deliverables, and comply with all security and safety protocols of the embassy.
