These components, which include items such as Display Units, Processors, Digital Video Recorders, and Circuit Card Assemblies, are critical to the operational readiness, navigation, and mission capabilities of the F-16 and A-10 fleets.
The contractor shall provide all necessary parts, labor, facilities, and engineering support to restore the assets to a fully mission-capable and flight-worthy condition. Justification for Sole Source: Elbit America, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and retains exclusive ownership of the proprietary technical data, manufacturing drawings, specialized diagnostic software, and Special Test Equipment (STE) required to perform these repairs. The Government does not own the complete data rights to competitively source this requirement.
