SCOPE
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement for the acquisition and fabrication of spare and repair parts for the MK68 System. The contractor shall provide all materials, facilities, and personnel to accomplish all tasks specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
**REQUIREMENT **
Acquisition and fabrication of spare and repair parts for the MK68 System in accordance with the attached SOW. The contractor shall fabricate and assemble the items specified in the quantities, delivery, marking, packing, and shipping as requested in the SOW and in accordance with the NAVSEA Instructions outlined in the attached SOW.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this task shall be from date of award until 180 days after purchase order award.

Award will be based on the best value to the government.

The Government will not accept late quotes.
The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete.
Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote.
Vendors must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
If shipping is not included in the price include a line item for shipping, if applicable.
Vendors must ensure that they have received a response within 24 Business hours after quote has been submitted to
remain competitive. If no response is received, Please Call primary then Secondary contact.
Review All Attachments Posted Prior to Submission of Quote Please Quote As Requested for Acceptance**
The contractor shall provide all materials, facilities, and personnel to fabricate and assemble spare and repair parts for the MK68 System, including Bore Rod Gag Pin Lanyard Assemblies, Gag Pin Lanyard Sub-Assemblies, Muzzle Caps, End Caps, Housing Control Underwater Mine EX 1 MOD 0 Assemblies, and MK 68 MOD 1 Thermal Battery Connector Assemblies, in accordance with the attached NAVSEA drawings and Statement of Work. The contractor shall also conduct testing and inspection, document results in a report, and deliver items with a certificate of compliance. All marking, packing, and shipping shall be in accordance with NAVSEA instructions, and a monthly status report is required.
