The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform loan recovery services as stated in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall provide collection, servicing, legal and recovery services including borrower negotiations, settlement efforts, workout agreements, credit restructuring, asset searches, investigations, due diligence, site visits, documentation and execution of recovery and settlement agreements, extrajudicial collection, instituting and managing legal proceedings and enforcement including seizure and execution where permitted, and periodic written case status reports, furnishing all personnel, supervision, facilities, systems, travel and local counsel unless Government-furnished property is expressly identified in a call/order.
