The contractor must safely remove and transport the generator to their facility, perform a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, complete all authorized repairs using OEM or equivalent components, perform functional and load bank testing, transport the generator back to the station, reinstall it, and verify proper automatic transfer switch operation. The contractor must also submit a Pre-Work Confirmation Memorandum, a Diagnostic Evaluation Report, Repair Documentation, Load Bank and Functional Test Reports, a Reinstallation and Commissioning Report, and warranty documentation.
