This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated 03-13-2026.
This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 333912 and a small business size standard of 1000 Employees.
The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for a pneumatic air compressor and 2 air dryers. This requirement is being requested and evaluated based on Price Alone with no discussions being held. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions.
FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO AWARD AS THIS ACTION HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON THE NATIONAL GUARD PRIORITY LIST.
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to remove and replace a 75hp direct driven rotary screw air compressor, 460V, and install a new dryer on the second floor of a maintenance hangar. All electrical, piping, ductwork and rigging is the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor is responsible for removing old compressor and dryers from the work site and disposing of them in accordance with state and federal regulations. The contractor must conform to AFOSH and OSHA regulations.
