The contractor shall provide all required software, licensing, server components, configuration services, and upgrade support to migrate Pyxis servers to a platform compatible with Windows 11 and Windows Server 2025. The contractor shall perform installation, configuration, integration, testing, and validation at the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System and its associated clinics, ensuring minimal downtime and full continuity of medication and supply dispensing operations. Deliverables include Pyxis Supply SW Only Server (PN: 140103-01), Pyxis Supply Server Client (PN: 140155-01), and monthly maintenance for the base year and four option years. The contractor must also provide a comprehensive server and client modernization and migration plan by January 9, 2027, and complete all transitions by January 9, 2028. Place of performance includes the Main VA Medical Center in North Las Vegas, and clinics in Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump, and Laughlin, Nevada.
