The solicitation does not have a set aside. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 623220 Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities, standard size $19 Million.

IAW FAR 16.504, the Government intends to award a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract as a result of this solicitation.
Important:
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov to be eligible for award. Please ensure the SAM’s purpose of registration reflects “All Awards” to be eligible for consideration.
Vendors are responsible for checking SAM.gov for any amendments and must sign and acknowledge all amendments to the solicitation.
The contractor shall provide residential room and board at its facility in San Francisco City and County, including nutritious meals and snacks, clean rooms with linens, laundry facilities, and 24-hour staffing supervised by a licensed mental health provider. The contractor shall provide individualized rehabilitative services including group activities, VA health coordination, individual counseling and case management, living-skills assistance, discharge planning with initial plans within five days, medication storage and control, clinical emergency protocols, transportation support, individual veteran records with HMIS data entry, and monthly invoicing at a per diem bed-day rate for up to 60-day stays.
