Solicitation number 36C26027Q0091 is issued as a* Request for Quotation (RFQ)* for removal of approximately 3,200 gallons of E85 gasoline by pumping out tank and disposal/recycling of station in accordance with the Statement of Work at the Southern Oregon Rehab Center & Clinics in White City, OR.* *

The vendor shall pump out approximately 3,200 gallons of E85 gasoline. Specific tasks include performing lockout/tagout procedures, removing ignition sources, opening the tank, performing monitoring and ventilation, transferring recoverable product, removing reachable solids, labeling and manifesting waste, and transporting the E85 fuel for recycling/disposal. The work also requires compliance with Oregon DEQ UST Service Provider licensing, oversight by a DEQ-licensed UST Supervisor, maintenance of manufacturer-required certifications, and compliance with OAR 340-150, OAR 340-160, and EPA 40 CFR Part 280.
