The contractor shall provide small, medium, and large styrofoam coolers in a box meeting specified dimensions and certification standards. Deliveries are required two to three times weekly to the Lancaster CMOP. The contractor must carry sufficient inventory to meet fluctuating demand and deliver emergency orders within one business day. The contractor must provide written packing instructions. Testing of samples is required; samples must be received by the close of the RFQ and will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis.
