CMR & DCMR POLICE SECURITY BOOTHS AND CMR PERIMETER WALL CONSTRUCTION.

The contractor must construct a 4.6m x 4.4m two-storey CMR Police Booth with RC strip foundation, solid concrete block walls, ceramic tile floors, plumbing, and electrical work; demolish an existing cracked section of the CMR perimeter wall and reconstruct it to 3.7m height with RC strip footing, solid concrete block, RC columns at 3m centers, and barbed wire coping; construct two 21.9m² single-storey DCMR booths (Police and Security) with similar masonry structure, rooms, finishes, and plumbing; and supply and install a 3250mm x 2700mm double-leaf swing vehicle gate on RC gate posts. External works include concrete aprons and anti-ram bollards. The contractor must also repair cracks, re-plaster, and paint the existing wall to match new work, and cast 50mm Ø PVC conduit at 20m intervals for future services.
