Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for renovation of the American Diplomacy House at the Embassy Annex Compound, located in Seoul, Korea. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached solicitation document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1442 of attached RFQ.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to perform demolition of existing furniture, lighting fixtures, floor finishes, and outdated signage, followed by comprehensive interior upgrades including professional paint finishes, high-durability carpet tiles, wooden gallery panels, hanging rail systems, stretch ceiling lighting systems, a new digital signage system, large-format wall graphics, and official signage. The work also includes temporary dust-proof partitions, protection of existing facility components, disposal of debris, and security vetting of personnel. The Contractor shall also supply and install furniture items including red benches and white tables.
