The contractor provides the services of an OEM Technical Representative to accomplish Standard Factory Refurbishment of three Variable Frequency Drives for Carrier 500 Ton Air Conditioning Unit Part # 19XRV5557937CR8648, MFR Rockwell / Reliance Electric, Part # 64LR4160-C503D, returning each unit to Class "A" Condition ready for service. The contractor submits a typewritten report to the MSCREP listing the results of the refurbishment, including all repairs and a list of repair parts required to restore each unit. When repairs are complete, each VFD is separately packaged for long term storage in shipping containers meeting overseas shipment requirements, with a label fabricated and installed on each side and top of each container. The contractor accomplishes an Operational Test of each unit to the satisfaction of the MSCREP, including all adjustments and calibrations necessary to ensure proper operation with the Carrier 500 Ton A/C Unit, and notifies the MSCREP of shipment weight, cube, pickup address, point of contact and hours of operation once the units are ready for shipment.
