The Government intends to award a single contract to a responsible vendor for landfill/waste collection services for the period of 10/01/2026 - 09/30/2027. Please review the attached files for further details.
The Contractor shall provide landfill services for the disposal of compacted and non-compacted solid waste generated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons / FCC Beaumont. Services include acceptance, handling, and disposal of waste materials in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. The Contractor must own or operate a permitted landfill located within Jefferson County, Texas, fully permitted by TCEQ. The landfill shall accept both compacted and non-compacted solid waste delivered by Government-authorized vehicles. All incoming loads shall be weighed using certified scales, and the Contractor shall provide a scale ticket/receipt for each load and monthly summary reports to the COR.
