This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Potential quoters are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at https://www.SAM.gov.
Solicitation number N6339426Q4060 (ATCH 1) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on Standard Form (SF) 1449 for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme (NSWC PHD) intends to solicit quotes to support D-Department’s control system parts and supplies on a multi-award five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) ordering period.
This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation has a total small business set-aside under NAICS 333413 however, large businesses will be considered for other opportunities. The small business size standard of employees is 500.
This solicitation does have a Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating of DO-C9.

BPA Calls will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and Quoters will compete at the call level.
While this solicitation will remain open for a duration of five (5) years, the Government will evaluate quotes on a rolling basis in accordance with the evaluation criteria listed in ATCH 1-Solicitation, under Section M. Quoters are strongly encouraged to submit their quotes as early as possible rather than waiting. Early submission ensures your quote is reviewed promptly, allowing the Government to award Master BPAs and issue subsequent calls as soon as requirements arise.

The contractor will provide control system parts and supplies as listed in ATCH 2-Part List, including items such as toner cartridges, printers, network switches, power supplies, fans, SSD drives, RAM, sensors, and other electronic components. The contractor must monitor products for obsolescence, notify the Government of any items becoming unavailable, and recommend replacements that meet original form, fit, and function. The contractor must also maintain firm-fixed unit prices as established in Exhibit 1-Price List and deliver items F.O.B. Destination. Individual Call Orders will be competed among BPA holders, with the Government awarding to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
