Medicaid Application Assistances Services - Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Medicaid Application Assistance Services. The contractor will meet with identified patients and/or caregivers at bedside, obtain release of information, file Medicaid applications within 72 hours of admission, proactively follow up with the Medicaid office, and assist with appeals until eligibility determination is issued. The contractor will also travel between campuses as required and manage multiple cases concurrently.
