The Vendor shall supply and deliver baggage conveyor parts as listed on the Bid Price Sheet, which includes 86 line items such as belts, photo-eyes, stack lights, encoders, power supplies, PLC components, VFDs, cables, circuit breakers, and other related parts. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, freight prepaid by the Vendor, to the location stated on the purchase order. The contract term will be three years from date of award with two optional one-year extensions. Prices shall be firm for the first year, with potential escalation limited to 5% per year upon documented cost increase and written approval. The Vendor shall provide quarterly purchasing reports and maintain required licenses, insurance, and tax compliance throughout the contract term.
