EPIN 85626B0001. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Bidding Method, Section 3-02 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. OCP Agency 856 will have bid openings virtually via Teams.

The contractor will provide the City's requirements for labor, materials and equipment to install, erect, maintain, dismantle and remove sidewalk sheds and scaffoldings at DCAS-managed facilities throughout the five boroughs, including obtaining permits, certifications, licenses and regulatory approvals, providing superintendence, management, administration and cleaning, and performing additional requirements such as adjustments for height, angles, piping and openings, additional lighting beyond DOB requirements, bird netting and protection of public utilities under work orders issued during the contract term.
