The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform interior and exterior general construction work at various DCAS facilities in Manhattan and Bronx, including but not limited to demolition, carpentry, flooring, masonry, and concrete work. Work will be performed under individual Work Orders issued by DCAS, and the contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and specifications. The contractor must also attend kick-off and project meetings, provide a foreman at each work site, and submit all necessary permits and licenses.
