The estimated construction cost for these projects is up to $6,000,000.00. All projects solicited pursuant to this PQL will be subject to Mayors apprenticeship program directive of 2015 requiring vendors to maintain apprenticeship agreements with programs registered with, and approved by, the New York State Department of Labor.
