NYC PARKS SITE WORK CONSTRUCTION PQL

The New York City (the City) Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks or the Agency) is establishing a pre-qualified list (PQL) of general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction site work on NYC parklands. The estimated construction cost for these projects is up to $6,000,000.00. All projects solicited pursuant to this PQL will be subject to Mayors apprenticeship program directive of 2015 requiring vendors to maintain apprenticeship agreements with programs registered with, and approved by, the New York State Department of Labor.
