The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform Geotechnical Engineering Services in Building 3001 near Post W35 at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). Services include mobilizing to the site, coordinating with 811 for underground utility locating, conducting a pre-award walkthrough, scanning boring locations for below-grade utilities, drilling three soil borings to depths of 25 feet or to 10 feet into bedrock or auger refusal, obtaining soil samples using a standard 2-inch split-barrel sampler, classifying samples, evaluating subsurface consistency, recording groundwater levels, backfilling all borings per OWRB and topping with concrete, performing laboratory analyses including moisture content, particle-size distribution, Atterberg limits, soil classification, and TPH evaluation, and providing a Professional Engineer stamped geotechnical report with field data, boring logs, laboratory test results, allowable soil bearing capacity, soil parameters for lateral load resistance, recommended drilled pier depth and minimum diameter, and TPH test results.
