Site Visit
A required site visit is scheduled for 10 SEPT 2026 at 1300 (EDT). Interested vendors will meet the government point of contact on the quarterdeck at the front entrance. It is HIGHLY recommended that vendors arrive at the Pass Office at least One (1) Hour early in case of long wait times.
Being present at the Pass Office WILL NOT count towards timely attendance of the Site Visit.
Provide yourself with adequate time to arrive at the site visit location on time. There is a two (2) person limit for each interested vendor.

The contractor shall provide AV/VTC maintenance service for ATG's three VTC stations, including remote and on-site labor, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and parts replacement. Services include priority emergent repair with 4-hour on-site response, unlimited general service calls with 72-hour on-site response, unlimited help desk support, and loaner equipment while repairs are pending. The contractor must maintain a single point of contact, log trouble tickets, and provide detailed records. The contractor shall also maintain Secret Facility Clearance and personnel with Secret Clearance.
