INSTRUCTIONS TO QUOTERS:
This procurement is being conducted under RFO Subpart 12.201-1, “Simplified Procedure”. The Government is issuing this Request of Quotations (RFQ) followed by a purchase order to one (1) quoter. The Government will utilize the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process in accordance with DFARS 215.151-2 for this requirement.
RFQ Submission DUE: September 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM (Eastern): Quoters shall submit their quotation before the due date and time for this solicitation. All proposals shall be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.
*All Quoter’s shall be registered in PIEE (Quotes will only be accepted via PIEE/Solicitation Module).
Quotes sent through proprietary or third-party File Transfer Protocol (FTP) sites or DoD SAFE will not be retrieved. It is the responsibility of the Quoter to confirm receipt of Quotes. Any quote received after the exact date and time specified for receipt of Quotes shall be treated as a late submission in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Quoters are solely responsible for ensuring that the Quote is successfully submitted and received by the Quote due date and time.
