The contractor shall relocate nine slit lamps from a non-climate-controlled warehouse to designated clinic rooms, perform assembly, mounting, alignment, and functional checks, coordinate with biomedical engineering staff, verify proper operation, and complete all tasks needed to transition the slit lamps from warehouse storage to full clinical readiness, all in accordance with manufacturer specifications, OSHA, FHCC safety guidelines, FHCC infection control standards, and applicable regulatory standards.
