The contractor shall provide a new FDA approved Monopolar Dual Frequency RF with Electronic Dynamic Muscle Stimulation device to treat dry eye syndrome, meibomian gland disease, blepharitis, Acne Rosacea, and related conditions. The device must employ monopolar RF technology and dual frequency RF technology, and include dynamic muscle stimulation. The contractor is responsible for delivery, assembly/installation, and on-site training during normal business hours, and must remove all trash and debris.
