The contractor shall provide one (1) New Double Vault Toilet building that is prefabricated, including on-site delivery, off loading and placement. The contractor shall provide the equipment to unload and place the vault toilet. The building must be ADA-compliant, include a shake shingle roof, board & batten upper with horizontal lap siding, interior concrete floor, concrete walls and ceiling, plastic toilet riser, 6-roll toilet paper dispenser, wall vents, grab bars, signs, solar light kit, steel doors and frames, vault liner, deadbolt, lockset, double coat hooks, and windows. Vault size minimum 1000 gallons, snow load minimum 250 sf, wind load minimum 120 mph. Delivery location is Gunnison Ranger District 1922 N. Highway 135, Gunnison CO, 81230.
