The vendor shall provide a temporary rental 1000 HP fire tube boiler, boiler maintenance and repair services as needed, and all labor, materials, maintenance and engineering support to integrate the rental boiler into the existing 95 PSIG steam grid at Montrose for a minimum of five months November 2026 through March 2027. Work includes installing gas, oil, electrical, steam and feedwater piping and supports, providing remote monitoring and emergency stop from the boiler plant, monthly maintenance with weekly check-ups and repairs, internal inspection reports before delivery and at end of rental, permits, training, and removal within 21 days of direction.
