The contractor must deliver 648 each of BLADE,TURBINE ROTOR (NSN 2840016995266, part number 99207 5144T19G04) as newly manufactured spares only. The items must be preserved, packaged, packed, and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-129, including item unique identification and valuation per DFARS 252.211-7003. The contractor must comply with configuration management and controls, including engineering change proposals and variance requests. Inspection and acceptance will be at origin. The contractor must also comply with higher-level contract quality requirements (ISO 9001, SAE AS9100, or equivalent) and various FAR/DFARS clauses regarding Buy American, trade agreements, cybersecurity, and other regulatory requirements.
