Work includes 12 definite line items per vessel: preserve U/W body 100%, preserve hull plating freeboard 100%, preserve main mast 100%, preserve stern tube interior surfaces 100%, preserve foredeck 100%, preserve forepeak, apply hull identification markings, preserve lazarette 100%, preserve exterior buoy decks 100%, preserve A-frame 100%, provide temporary work shelter, and preserve anchor chain hawse pipe. The contractor must also provide a composite labor rate, GFP report, and laydays. All work is performed onsite at the home pier in Detroit, MI.
