The contractor shall manufacture and deliver new manufactured cylinder assemblies (NSN 1680-00-895-1058 RK, PN 5-89525-6) on a firm-fixed-price basis. The current Best Estimated Quantity is 34 each, with a range of minimum 9 to maximum 51 each. Delivery is F.O.B. Origin to DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma, Tinker AFB, OK, with deliveries scheduled from July 2029 through January 2030. The contractor must comply with higher-level quality requirements (ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100), IUID requirements for items over $5,000, and all applicable FAR/DFARS clauses. The government does not own the data rights; the offeror must obtain permission from the OEM.
