Cannon AFB is looking to acquire two (2) Lochinvar water boilers Model #AWH0500NPM 100 maximum BTU 500,000 fuel source: Natural gas. This boiler is needed to replace the current Lochinvar commercial boiler.
All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.Gov) database to be awarded a DOD contract. The product service code for this is 4520 - Space and Water Heating Equipment and the NAICS for this action is 333414 - Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces). This is a one time, brand name purchase for two (2) boilers, please see the attachments for detailed characteristics and specific documentation.
The contractor must supply two (2) Lochinvar Armor Condensing Water Heater model #AWH0500NPM 100 (500,000 BTU, natural gas) and deliver them to 109 Engineers Way, Cannon AFB, NM 88103, BLDG 356. The required delivery timeline is within 30 days after receipt of order, with expedited delivery (under 25 days) preferred. The contractor must submit a signed offer including a completed Pricing Worksheet, Offeror Information & Certification, and Conflict of Interest Statement, and must be registered in SAM at the time of submission.
