The requirement also includes the turnkey design, custom fabrication, on-site event management, and post-show teardown of the DSCA exhibition booth.
The Contractor shall pay for 85 square meters of exhibit space located in Hall 3, Space 03-A32, in the designated U.S. Pavilion section of the event. The Contractor shall design, construct, support, and tear down the exhibit booth in accordance with the PWS. The booth must be a custom, fabricated design (no pre-built or rented systems) with laminate or custom high-gloss spray finish, including a reception desk with glass top, a title panel wall with five backlit 3D military seals, two meeting rooms (12 and 10 executive chairs respectively), a DV lounge with Roma-type white vinyl sofa and chair, a storage closet, laminate faux-wood flooring, HVAC units, audio/visual equipment, electrical hookup, and daily cleaning, trash removal, and beverage/snack replenishment during show dates (Jan 25–29, 2027). The Contractor shall also supply 300 custom metal round lapel pins with DSCA logo. On-site support includes a dedicated Project Manager with 15-minute emergency response. Post-show dismantling and site clearance on Jan 30, 2027.
