The contractor will verify quantities, maintain, inspect, test and calibrate the full electrical distribution system including panels, switchgear, transformers, breakers, switches, generators, automatic transfer switches, UPS, busway, grounding and ground-fault systems, motor controls, protective relays and medium-voltage cables per NETA MTS 2019, perform infrared thermographic surveys, operate and time-test transfer switches, test breakers 225A and larger by primary current injection, perform nondestructive medium-voltage cable testing, oil sampling and dissolved gas analysis for liquid transformers, participate in the 4-hour Essential Electrical System outage test, and provide test reports, infrared reports, photographs, inventory and red-line drawings.
