The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, housing, material, and supplies necessary to provide emergency residential housing, treatment and supportive services through the HCHV program Contract Emergency Residential (CER) model. Services include room and board, food/meals, laundry, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, and case management services for up to 30 homeless Veterans per day. The contractor must provide a safe and secure environment, develop Individual Service Plans, assist with permanent housing placement, and maintain clinical records. Services shall be provided on-site at the contractor's facility located in one of the following New Jersey Counties: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union or Warren.
