The contractor will manufacture and deliver Door (L), Aircraft (NSN: 1560-01-582-6078, P/N: 70207-52701-042) for the UH-60 Blackhawk. The contract covers a 3-year IDIQ with estimated quantities of 9 each minimum and 12 each maximum. Year 1 includes production of 9 each with or without a First Article Test (FAT). Year 2 includes 2 each, and Year 3 includes 1 each. The contractor must perform a First Article Test on 1 unit, with the test report due 710 days after contract award. Delivery of production units commences 1080 days after receipt of award (with FAT) or 720 days after receipt of award (without FAT) at a rate of 1 per month. Items must be marked with Item Unique Identification (IUID) and barcode markings per MIL-STD-129. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1 and ISPM-15 for wood packaging material. Inspection is at origin, acceptance at origin (or destination for FAT report). Delivery is FOB Destination to Corpus Christi, TX.
