The contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, management, supervision, personnel, and transportation necessary to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and testing of Motorola Astro Core P25 equipment at three locations: Building 100 at Palo Alto Main Campus (3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, CA), Building 62 Penthouse at Livermore Campus (4951 Arroyo Road, Livermore, CA), and Building 334 Penthouse at Menlo Park (795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA). Services include maintenance of Astro P25 Core Master sites, UHF TDMA RF sites with GTR8000 repeaters, antenna systems, MCC7500E dispatch consoles, logging recorders, and KVL5000 units. The contractor must guarantee a 3-hour response time 24/7 for emergency callbacks, provide annual preventative maintenance, technical support, onsite support, network hardware repair, software release updates, and professional implementation services. All non-emergency maintenance shall be performed during business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays.
