Gate Attendants - Red River Area, OK and TX

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV25QA041, for Gate Attendant Services for various locations in Northern Area Public Site Areas in Oklahoma and Texas within Tulsa District. There are currently six (6) purchase orders anticipated, between Pat Mayse Lake, Pine Creek Lake, Sardis Lake, Lake Texoma, and Waurika Lake. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721211 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $10M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is M1PA. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only in the Solicitation Module on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website at https://piee.eb.mil/. It is the contractors responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes.

All amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the quote. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about: 15 SEP 2025. Solicitation close date is anticipated to be on or about: 06 OCT 2025.

The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base period and one (1) or two (2) option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion. Contract award date is anticipated to be on or about: 01 DEC 2025
