All quotes must be received via email no later than 12:00 PM EST on 06 November 2026.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to decommission and remove the existing obsolete QTPod M3000 terminal and pedestal, and furnish, install, wire, test, and commission one (1) new brand-name QTPod M4000 automated fuel management terminal. The work includes safely isolating and disconnecting the existing console, inspecting existing conduit and field wiring, furnishing and installing the new terminal with a heavy-duty all-weather pedestal enclosure, direct interface with the existing single-hose mechanical dispenser, integrated payment card reader, outdoor display, and numeric keypad, and hardwired Ethernet interface. The Contractor must also perform complete electrical verification, startup diagnostics, system testing, and live fuel test transactions. The terminal must hold current PCI compliance, and the Contractor must provide an active Attestation of Compliance (AoC), technical specifications for the Government's ATO package, and a minimum one-year workmanship warranty.
