The requirement is for 20 RL of hose assembly, nonmetallic, under NSN 1H-4720-015639632, TDP VER 004, to be delivered to DLA Distribution facilities in New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. The Government intends to issue the award to Faxon Engineering Co Inc of Bloomfield, CT without competitive bidding, citing lack of ownership of technical data rights and the impracticality of reverse engineering the part.
