Spacesaver and VIDIR Bed Lift Preventative Maintenance Services - SAVAHCS

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform two scheduled preventative maintenance visits per year (November and May) on 14 Spacesaver systems and 7 VIDIR bed lifts located in multiple buildings at the SAVAHCS campus. For Spacesaver systems, tasks include lubricating tracks, inspecting guide rollers and anti-tip features, checking carriage movement, chain tension, sprockets, handles/cranks, door and aisle lock operation, wiring/cable routing integrity, debris removal, floor condition, panel/shelving/cabinet fastening, and safety feature operation. For VIDIR bed lifts, tasks include removing beds, checking correct operation, chain tension adjustment and lubrication, safety feature operation, motor and motor mount inspection, wiring verification, ramp inspection, gearbox adjustment, hardware fastening, and wiping down the unit. Any identified deficiencies require a separate quote and purchase order before repair work is performed. The contractor must have factory-trained technicians and an on-site staff supervisor with OSHA 10 certification.
