Contractor shall supply ten each of CUSTOM PS90-050-S2 gearboxes manufactured by Olympus Controls with manufacturer part number CG-PS90-050-90582. Modifications include stainless steel screws, black anodized finish, and no lubrication (L02), with thru-hole on output shaft. Items must be preserved, packaged, and marked in accordance with ASTM-D-3951 using industry standard pallet usage for items not shipped via small parcel service. Non-manufactured wood packing materials must be heat treated to minimum 56 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes and certified by accredited agency. Contractor shall provide supply chain traceability documentation including item description, part number, drawing or specification, national stock number, manufacturing source, CAGE code, and identification of all supply chain intermediaries. Contractor shall obtain, retain, and provide written documentation of all inspections and tests substantiating supplies conform to contract requirements. All deliveries must pass through base Truck Inspection Station and be subject to inspection. Contractor shall provide unique item identifier marked on items using data matrix symbology per ISO/IEC 16022 and report unique item identifier information in Material Inspection and Receiving Report at time of delivery.
