The contractor shall inspect, clean, and maintain all existing kitchen hood exhaust systems for three concessionaries, including grease exhaust ducts, kitchen hood canopies, grease filters, exhaust fans, and fire suppression hood interfaces. Cleaning shall follow NFPA 96 and industry best practices. The contractor shall also provide disinfection, before and after photos, written completion reports, and maintain cleaning records. Work is to be performed Monday through Friday at specified start times for each concessionary.
