The purpose of this task is to install an on-premises Enterprise server, evaluate and validate the interoperability of the Enterprise solutions on DMEA’s networks and with other Engineering software applications, and upgrade DMEA’s suite of Altium license subscriptions to Altium Enterprise.
The contractor shall, in collaboration with DMEA Engineers and IT experts, install an on-premises server capable of hosting Altium's Enterprise solution, with a target completion date no later than 31 March 2027. The contractor must upgrade DMEA's 16 Altium licenses to Altium Enterprise for a 4-month period (December 13, 2026 through April 12, 2027) and, upon government acceptance, provide up to three one-year option renewals for twenty (20) Altium Enterprise licenses. The server must be verified to provide an immutable, version-controlled configuration management repository for all native-Altium design files and other PCB layout files necessary to release a PCB Technical Data Package. The contractor must establish a successful connection to DMEA's high availability SQL database cluster endpoint, and the server must manage and serve Altium Designer Enterprise licenses to client workstations. Interoperability with other DMEA engineering software, at minimum Solidworks Professional, must be demonstrated, with potential demonstrations including Keysight ADS, CST Antenna Magus, and PCB Doctor.

One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
