The contractor shall perform the required specified tasks and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work. Please see the attachments to this announcement for the solicitation and supporting documents.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to install approximately 1,500 linear feet of 12-inch wide thermoplastic striping and seven STOP markings on Coast Guard Island. Work includes surface preparation, removal of old markings as required, application of thermoplastic at minimum 0.09-inch thickness, replacement of 'US GOVERNMENT PROPERTY' property line and lettering at the Oakland side of the causeway using high-quality road grade paint, and daily site cleanup and restoration. The contractor must submit product details and a project schedule within 10 business days of award. All work shall comply with MUTCD, UFC 3-201-01, USCG Safety and Environmental Health Manual, and OSHA regulations.
