The project involves concrete rehabilitation at Eisenhower Lock in Massena, NY, including demolition of concrete and installation of steel reinforcement as necessary. Work is in the northside and southside filling and emptying culverts, with specific CLINs for demolition and new concrete installation. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and costs, and work must be performed in accordance with ACI Specification for Shotcrete 506.2. The contractor must also provide a project safety plan, means for heating work areas, and manage water infiltration. The lock is expected to be dewatered on or about January 12, 2027, and all work inside the lock must be complete by March 8, 2027, with demobilization by March 15, 2027.
